Either add 1.25 cups of boiling water, stir well, seal and let sit for 15-20 minutes. or: add 125 cups of cold water, stir well, and let sit for 1 hour. • Stove top: Boil 1.25 cups of water in a pot, add contents of this pouch and the coconut oil, and simmer for 10 min.
